The Project
The customer had recently taken delivery of a new electric vehicle and needed a home charging solution that was both practical and tidy. They wanted the charger mounted on the exterior wall of the house with a neat cable run back to the consumer unit — no exposed wires, no mess.
We specified the Hypervolt Home 3 for its smart charging features, compact footprint and compatibility with solar export limiting. The install included a full site survey, dedicated 32A radial circuit from the consumer unit, armoured cable run to the exterior, surface trunking for a clean finish, and commissioning of the Hypervolt app.
